How long has SwimShape been in business?
SwimShape has been manufacturing and selling pool sports and fitness equipment since 2008.
Why isn’t pricing published on the website?
SwimShape sells to pool builders and retailers through distribution. To avoid competing against our resellers, we do not publish pricing on our website. However, requests for pricing can be submitted on any of the product pages. We respond to such requests within 24 hours. Pricing can also be obtained by calling us at 877-793-2198.
Where can I see or purchase SwimShape pool sports & fitness products?
SwimShape products are sold exclusively through our retailers and authorized dealers if one exists in your locale. SwimShape is in the process of adding retailers throughout the United States. For a list of current retailers, see the Retailers page. If no retailer exists in your area, the products can be ordered by calling our toll-free number (1-877-793-2198).
How are the products installed?
SwimShape provides two installation options: (1) stainless steel in-deck anchors for new pool construction, or (2) stainless steel drop-in anchors for an existing pool. See Installation Options for detailed information on installing our products.
What type of warranty is provided?
SwimShape guarantees all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of three years under normal use. This does not cover damages caused by abuse or improper use of the product. The full details of our warranty can be viewed on the Warranty page.
